SMS Terms of Service

Brand Casa uses SMS to reply to enquiries and to send information you have asked for. Depending on how you contacted us, messages may include replies to questions you sent through our website chat, confirmations and reminders for calls you have booked, and updates about work in progress on your account.

We only send messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, either through the chat widget on this site, a form you submitted, or a request you made to a member of our team.

Message frequency varies. We send messages in response to your enquiry or as needed for the conversation you started, rather than on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Brand Casa. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will send a single confirmation, after which you will receive no further texts. You can also email us at the address below to be removed.

If you change your mind, reply START or contact us again to resume messaging.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on factors outside our control.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the messaging service, such as our messaging platform provider, is limited to what those providers need in order to deliver the messages, and they may not use it for their own marketing.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you provide.
